On November 4–5, 2024, the teaching staff of University College "CEPS - Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak participated in a two-day project management meeting for the 1FUTURE project, held at the CEPS premises in Kiseljak. The meeting brought together partners from Germany, Italy, Sweden, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mr. Suad Muhibić, Head of the Erasmus+ Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, also attended the meeting, who emphasized the importance of such projects for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Discussions focused on key project tasks and deliverables, including updates related to curriculum revisions for specific subjects, the development of teaching materials, and the creation of a Tailor Made Short Intensive Course (TMSIC). Presentations and discussions covered innovative curriculum elements and the approval process for curriculum changes. A detailed session on publication planning in a special edition of the Albanian Journal of Economy and Business enabled partners to exchange information about plans for writing and publishing articles.
The second day of the meeting focused on launching the 1FUTURE platform, a collaborative educational tool aimed at enhancing access to courses and engaging stakeholders (teaching staff, students, and representatives from the business sector). The agenda included sessions on symposium organization, financial reporting, and a workshop on dissemination strategies, where the third project newsletter was presented. The meeting concluded with task assignments to all partners, establishing clear goals for the upcoming project phases.
During the visit, the participants were treated to a tour of the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we visited the City Hall and explored the landmarks that define Sarajevo, accompanied by a professional guide.
CEPS teaching staff actively participated in the planning and discussions, contributing to plans aligned with the college’s goals in terms of international cooperation and quality assurance.
