On June 5, 2024, at the Univesity College "CEPS - Center for Business Studies" Kiseljak, an event titled "We Want to Be a Sustainable Smart University" was held, with the aim of promoting the activities of the GROWTH project.
The introductory lecture about the CEPS Kiseljak was delivered by the lecturer Stjepan Stanić, while professor Nermin Palić, Head of International Relations Office, introduced the audience to the proeceses, activities, and achievements of the GROWTH project so far. During his presentation, Professor Palić spoke about sustainability in higher education, followed by a workshop titled "Integration of Sustainability into Teaching Practices" and "Development of a Green Lesson Plan and Learning Outcomes," in which all attendees participated.
After the lecture, the equipment obtained through the GROWTH project, co-financed by the European Commission, was presented to the audience. The event concluded with a visit to the company Sarajevski Kiseljak d.o.o., where interested participants could observe some of the sustainable practices being implemented.
The event was attended by students, academic and administrative staff, representatives of the Kiseljak Municipality, and other important stakeholders.
